At your first appointment, we conduct a complete psychiatric evaluation (approximately 60-90 minutes) to discover challenges and any applicable diagnoses, then outline treatment goals and intervention methods. After the initial consultation and depending on the determined treatment plan, follow-up sessions will be scheduled every week to six months.
