As a Psychotherapist and Leadership Psychologist, I partner with my clients to help them work through challenges so that new possibilities can emerge. When individuals or couples recognize how they make sense of their lives, their past, and their thinking habits, they move closer to living the life they want. My practice is psychodynamic, drawing on tools from a variety of modalities, such as coaching, yoga, meditation, CBT, and narrative therapy.
I work with people to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in leadership resilience and helping high-performers avoid burnout. As an experienced, therapist, leader, and researcher, I enjoy helping people thrive at work and at home.
