Hello, I'm Emma - I will provide a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space for you to talk about your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and process any difficulties you are living with – or have lived through. Our time together is an opportunity to explore personal and relational issues in a safe environment, in which you will be heard. You can choose to use our time together to process, explore, heal, and learn more about yourself. I work in a non-directive way, so rather than telling you what to do, I will help you to explore the options available, so that you can be empowered to make your own decisions.
