Hello, my name is Leila and I work with adults and young people to explore and make sense of their issues, with a warm, empathic and non judgmental approach. My aim is to put you, the client at the heart of what I do. If you are experiencing distressing emotions or circumstances, I can help by providing a private and safe space, where we can explore your difficulties in a way that can enable positive change. I am very much on this journey with you, and I strive to really understand what you are experiencing, so that we can make sense of it together.
I help many clients who are experiencing anxiety, relationship issues and matters concerning the family unit. I am helping more and more young people to navigate life's challenges in what can often seem a very daunting and pressurised world. My core approach is person centred which feels very natural and caring to me as a practitioner.
Reaching out for professional support can be a daunting prospect, but my aim is to make you feel safe, heard and understood - where you can speak freely. We are all wired towards growth and healing, but sometimes life's challenges or past issues can stop this process. Please reach out to me for an initial conversation about what is troubling you right now.
