For over 10 years, I have worked with mental health, addiction, and concurrent disorders in the community, public and private sectors. For the past 6 years, I worked mainly with individuals who have sustained brain injuries from a motor vehicle accident, I also have experience working with individuals who are challenged by chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, OCD and depression. In the last year, I developed a keen interest in psychedelic enhanced psychotherapy, and have became certified through the MindSetting Institute, I am currently an associate delivering psychedelic enhanced psychotherapy with MindSetting institute.

I understand that dealing with difficult emotions and making changes can feel overwhelming at times. My passion is to help individuals learn lifelong skills that will allow them to navigate challenging situations, better understand and strengthen their mental health, and increase their resiliency and ability to thrive in their daily life.
