For 19 years I’ve helped adults recover from depression, anxiety, and unhelpful relationship patterns. I also have expertise treating adults who are having new, unusual thoughts or behaviors. My eclectic style combines psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) therapies. Patients describe me as insightful, warm and humorous.
