I was born and raised in Newark, NJ. I attended Montclair State University for my first two years of undergrad in hopes of becoming a high school math teacher. Not until I served in the U.S. Military did I realize my strong desire to help people overcome their battles associated with mental health. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2021 from the University of Arizona. I am completing my Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.

I specialize with the unique culture & needs of First Responders: Police, Fire, EMS, Dispatch, Corrections, Medical personnel & families. I work with individuals, 16 years +, couples, and families who are facing challenges, struggling with conflict, anxiety, OCD, or who want help recovering from trauma or PTSD. I currently only see clients via Telehealth -available for all Tennessee.

I assist individuals, couples, and families in navigating, processing, healing, & overcoming complex life changes, traumas, or specific challenges that impact their lives. I also work with individuals struggling with new or existing TBIs in addition to aiding individuals in finding their purpose in life after major life changes. I have a direct approach with clients which often expedites a client's progress. Specifically, I use CBT, DBT, PCT, Solution Focused Therapy, & Gottman Method to help clients reach their goals.

Life can be a struggle and confusing. My goal is to help my clients manage life in the healthiest way possible. I spend time in session helping clients discover how they make decisions and how their family of origin effects this decision making process. My passion is to help my clients find confidence through self awareness and relationship boundaries. I love to watch clients become independent and confident people.
