Current openings are listed below. Hi My name is Laura Meadow. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. I am EMDR trained. I also use a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Within the past 10 years my speciality has been to provide trauma informed care to women ages 18+.

Therapy can be very difficult and hard work. I offer a very warm and casual style of therapeutic engagement in sessions. My goal is to come alongside you and utilize both humor and evidenced based practices to help you navigate the hard while also finding hope and joy.

It is my desire to meet you right where you are at, to help you tend to wounds of the past, while actively living in the present and looking forward to the future. There is no judgment here, I offer a safe space where you can take an honest look at who you are, who you want to be and how to be the healthiest you possible.
