About
I understand that when you or your child are having a hard time, it affects the entire family and daily life. If you are the parent/guardian of a child who needs a therapist who will listen to your insight as their parent, or if you are a young adult struggling with family, school, work, or feelings of depression, anxiety or stress, you have come to the right place. Perhaps you don't feel like counseling has worked in the past and need a new approach to what you or your child is dealing with. Perhaps you are a looking for a counselor that will incorporate your faith. Whoever you are, you have come to the right place.
Specializing in counseling for children, adolescents, and young adults. I have additional specialty working with military children, child trauma, and school related issues. My approach is strength based and has a cognitive behavioral focus to help make real and lasting change. Counseling offered both in person sessions and teletherapy.
