I feel so fortunate to do the work that I do, to be trusted with a person's story, their fears, their hopes, their wants and their needs. I do not claim to be the expert on you. You are the expert on you. What I am expert at is helping you explore, discover, and find what is true for you. I am skilled at helping you undo patterns that do not serve you. My gift is in being able to support you in letting go of things you have taken on and internalized that obscure the expression of who you really are in this lifetime. It is in embracing and living from the truth of who you are that a full and satisfying life can be discovered.
I work with clients primarily through depth, somatic, and attachment lens. In addition to my 12 years of clinical experience, I have nearly 20 years of experience in the healing arts profession as a bodyworker. I work with insight and awareness as well as nervous system regulation, helping clients cultivate a deep sense of well-being, mind, body, and spirit.
My gentle and open attitude towards life and others informs my therapeutic approach. I infuse what can sometimes be serious and difficult work with appreciation for the journey and a healthy dose of humor. Being human can be painful and difficult at times and I've found that laughter is really good medicine.
