Life can be a struggle and confusing. My goal is to help my clients manage life in the healthiest way possible. I spend time in session helping clients discover how they make decisions and how their family of origin effects this decision making process. My passion is to help my clients find confidence through self awareness and relationship boundaries. I love to watch clients become independent and confident people. I strive to provide my clients with a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment which allows them the freedom to explore past, present, and future issues that impact their lives.
My 15 plus years of experience include: Co-dependency, pre-marital/marital counseling, divorced families counseling, substance abuse, relationship issues, and children's behavioral and emotional problems. Also, I have taught at The Psychiatric Hospital of Vanderbilt in the children's unit.
I also offer boundary power groups, co-counseling for couples, and experiential weekend retreats.
