I am a licensed psychologist with training and experience in treating a wide variety of psychological disorders. I work with adults with alcoholism, drug addiction, posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, phobias and phase of life problems, i.e. marital problems and divorce, job loss, physical illness. While my approach to treatment is primarily cognitive-behavioral, I also rely on other treatment approaches and interventions. I believe that the psychologist and the individual must work together as a team. Thus, each treatment plan is created by working together according to the needs of the individual.

I enjoy working with individuals who are at a crossroads in life. Whose goal is to move through life’s challenges. My ideal clients are those who are dealing with anxiety, adverse childhood experiences, codependency, communication, depression, life transitions, relationship stress, self-defeating beliefs, stress & traumatic experiences. Who are currently desiring support, balance & peace, but certain blocks have gotten in the way of finding enjoyment in life. Overtime, these blocks have disrupted your state of balance.
