Learning how to heal from trauma you have experienced can have a very positive impact on your life. I am seeking clients that are ready to discover how the trauma they have experienced affects them, how to develop healthy coping skills, how to develop and maintain healthy relationships, and how to regain a sense of security within themselves. I'm especially passionate about working with LGBT clients, as I am also a member of this community, and working with people of color.
I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma. I also work with clients that are experiencing relationship issues, self-esteem issues, family conflict, and life transition issues.
