Learning how to heal from trauma you have experienced as a child and adult can have a very positive impact on your life. I am looking for clients that are ready to discover how the trauma they have experienced affects them, how to develop healthy coping skills, how to learn how to develop and maintain healthy relationships, and how to regain a sense of security within themselves.
I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma. I also work with clients that are experiencing relationship issues, self-esteem issues, family conflict, and life transition issues.
