Hi, I'm Stacey K. a licensed/board-certified therapist specializing in women’s mental health. Central to my practice is a holistic approach that considers more than just traditional talk therapy. I help clients navigate stress and anxiety, find meaning, grieve, vent, invest in their well-being, stop putting themselves last, repair relationships, increase self-worth, navigate boundaries, and move away from harsh inner critics, perfectionism, and ‘people-pleasing.'
Life can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming. It's easy to doubt ourselves, feel lost, disconnected, misunderstood, or out of balance. Sometimes we just get stuck in the same negative loops or patterns. Having a compassionate space for yourself where you can unpack, process, learn tools, and feel seen, supported, and understood can be life changing.
