Hi, I'm Lorelei. I’m a licensed therapist, an EMDR specialist, and have extensive training in relationship counseling. I love working with adults and couples and can help with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, parenting challenges, self-doubt, and family conflict as well as pre-marital, divorce, and marriage or couples counseling. I know by the time you come to therapy you've been struggling for awhile on your own. I’m an expert listener and will do my best to help you feel seen and heard. You deserve to live the life you were meant to.
In my work with couples, I take into account our current culture, the differences between men's and women's needs and communication styles, and the numerous mine fields of misunderstanding out there. Unhealthy or negative relationship patterns can be shifted and changed. Sometimes relationships just need repair and strengthening.
