We numb ourselves or make ourselves small to hide the parts that we fear will be rejected. We get stuck in patterns of feeling unlovable, unworthy, and disconnect from joy.
My hope is to meet my clients where they are with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity as we engage in the healing process. Through emotion-focused and mindfulness based approaches, along with the integration of EMDR, I provide space for clients to take a deep breath, untangle their stories, and come back to their inner sense of knowing and safety.
I deeply believe in the goodness, resilience, and beauty of every individual I work with. Through our time in therapy together- I hope that you begin believing those things of yourself too.
