My practice focuses on helping individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss, along with pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum struggles. I offer different approaches to better support you and your mental health including: CBT, CPT, Trauma focused therapy, Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and Person Centered therapy.
I pride myself on providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment for individuals to open up, feel welcome, and heard. Experiencing loss, trauma, and grief is difficult and you don't have to do it alone. I am here to help!
