My specialty is providing long or short-term psychotherapy, brief solution-focused consultation, assessment, and coaching for parents, and leadership development. Our Well At Work group will give you an opportunity to learn coping skills that will lower your stress level, reduce anxiety, and increase your sense of well-being. Groups will meet weekly for one hour. When you realize that you are not alone in your struggle, that is the first step to feeling better. Meetings will be held online.
