As a therapist, I have several years experience working with individuals and family members affected by addictive patterns, substance use and abuse, depression, anxiety and trauma. I also have experience working with couples or individuals dealing with various marital/relationship challenges.
My approach can be described as intuitive, warm and welcoming, compassionate, understanding, and client centered. I work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized plan to address your presenting issues(s), taking into consideration who you are as a person by utilizing a variety of interventions tailored specifically to treat your individual needs.
