I have been in clinical practice for 46 years. I specialize in coaching clients to resolve the binding issues in their family of origin that are creating the range of psychological problems in their every day life. I've been recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress - the highest status in the academy.

My approach to therapy is focused on providing the tools and coping skills needed to manage struggles, build self awareness and enhance insight into the root cause of your internal discomfort. Building insight may involve discussing core beliefs that developed during childhood or within relational experiences and exploring how these impact your current thought patterns and behaviors. I specialize in treating women with perinatal disorders, infertility and relationship issues. I often work with individuals to enhance assertiveness, empowerment, and confidence.

I graduated from Villanova University and worked as a cognitive therapist at the University of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Hospital before opening my own group practice, Addiction & Psychological Therapy.
