Are you feeling disconnected or lonely in your relationship? Are you struggling to talk or feel heard by your partner? All couples go through challenges, but sometimes you end up feeling unseen or there is so much hurt/distrust. I work with couples and individuals to repair, reconnect, and rebuild the relationship by exploring relationship patterns from the families you grew up in, understanding how those patterns impact you individually and in the relationship, and helping you communicate on a deeper level.
Sex can be an enjoyable part of life and relationships, but sometimes individuals/ couples struggle with discrepancies in desire or issues with sexual function, pain, or orgasm. Together, we will seek to understand the physical, relational, and psychological factors at play and then work to address them.
I also collaborate with individuals/couples to address infidelity, extended family relations, and friendship concerns. My goal is to support clients in gaining insight and understanding, helping them navigate their relationships in a healthy way, and clarifying their boundaries so they can build fulfilling, balanced connections with themselves and others.
