It’s my privilege to walk with others as they navigate life questions. I have experience working with issues of grief, adolescent development, life transitions (divorce, career issues, family transition), anxiety and depression, couples work, and ADHD. I am also an Episcopal Priest, since 2002.
My practice includes elements drawn from CBT, IFS, Family Systems, and Psychodynamic models.
