Resilience through Art - Women's Healing Group
**Accepting New Clients Now -- Group begins on October 17, 2024 and ends on December 19, 2024.** This group will allow participants to cultivate emotional resilience in a supportive, welcoming space. We will spend our time together exploring creativity to connect with your strengths and discover pathways for healing. Visual arts, writing, sculpting, and drama therapy prompts will be offered to tap into internal resources and grow from adverse experiences. Individuals interested and curious about art are encouraged to apply. No artistic experience, talent, or ability is required. All materials will be provided.
