I have 20+ years of experience supporting adults, teens, couples, and families, including LGBTQ+ navigating grief/loss, trauma, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, spiritual concerns, and life-limiting illness. I use an integrative, compassionate, strengths-based approach that includes CBT, EMDR, IFS-informed strategies, and Buddhist philosophy.
