I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT) who believes in personalized and holistic care. My experience includes treating a variety of issues such as: depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, relational problems, relationship difficulties, bipolar disorder, trauma, psychosis, substance abuse, as well as adjustment to phase of life dynamics, and issues affecting blended families. I specialize in the treatment of adolescents, young adults, individuals and families and have provided clinical direction for several residential and intensive outpatient treatment programs.

I utilize an integrative approach to mental health and wellness treatment incorporating aspects of cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, existential and systemic approaches to interventions and treatment planning. I am certified in Mental Health Integrative Medicine (CMHIMP) and believe in exploring all avenues of treatment and assessment.

Additional areas of interest and expertise include: adolescent and adult group therapy, LGBTQ support and related issues, social anxiety, technology addiction, relationship difficulties, as well as young adults struggling with self-esteem issues while moving into the responsibilities of adulthood.

This group is designed for older adolescents and young adults (approximately aged 17-22) and centers around helping individuals with the issues they face with emerging adulthood. The group meets weekly and focuses on challenging low self-esteem, building confidence and treating social anxiety. This is a partially structured interactive process group that focuses on specific weekly topics and building better peer relations. It allows for growth through correcting cognitive distortions, improving mood and interpersonal learning. Specific topics addressed in the group include: Body image issues, social relations, healthy anxiety relief habits, social media, school and employment, substance use

This group is weekly structured support group that focuses on education, interpersonal learning and feedback as well as treatment for anxiety, depression, social anxiety, peer relational issues and family dynamics. This group will run for 6 weeks and will meet once a week for 90 minutes. Parent support and educational group session included.
