I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and ADHD. I am also a Level Two Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Gender Affirming Care is also an offered. I utilize a client-centered approach to create a supportive, nonjudgmental, and individualized experience from the initial intake until discharge. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University, and previously earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Elizabethtown College. I have experience working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, phobias, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), LGBTQIA+, and those experiencing housing or financial insecurity, low self-esteem, and bullying.
