With experience in anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, and life transitions, I employ an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from DBT, CBT, and play therapies. With experience in school and outpatient settings, I offer personalized support tailored to each client's unique journey.
Services are in-person! My office has a relaxing and comfortable environment and for those younger clients, an area designated for play therapy. The office is easy to locate on Sand Hill Road, behind the Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
