I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University, and previously earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Elizabethtown College. I have experience working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, phobias, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), LGBTQIA+, and those experiencing housing or financial insecurity, low self-esteem, and bullying.
I utilize a variety of modalities, including motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), exposure therapy, and narrative therapy, to assist clients in reaching their goals, but more importantly, wellness.
I approach each client with warmth, empathy, and understanding, and prioritize the establishment of a good therapeutic relationship. I am dedicated to providing a welcoming and open space for individuals, couples, and families, to flourish and dedicate time and energy toward enhancement of their mental well-being.
