"Healing starts now!" The first step is reaching out for help. Are you distressed and struggling everyday? Mental and emtional health have been my life's work. I offer compassionate, professional assistance in a safe environment where my clients will be listened to and respected. I believe that every individual experiences pain in their life. Counseling is a journey to finding one's true self. Healing opens the door to happiness and allows you to be your "best self". I weave my own wisdom, passision, and caring into your personalized sessions.
I am a state Licenced Professional Counselor. I work with adults and children in dealing with issues such as: general anxiety,relationship problems, eating disorders, sexual identity and orientation,self esteem, sexual abuse, underachievement, weight loss, and grief and loss. I currently run a 1.5 hour Eating Disorder recovery group.
I provide psychodynamic counseling for individuals. I have a Master's degree in Education and have worked 25 years with children. I work with children who have experienced child molestation abuse. Sudden tragic loss is an area that I am willing to walk beside you step by step until healing takes place.

Hospitable Fare
Hospitable Fare is designed for clients who are receiving therapy from my office. Eating group members should have been in outpatient eating disorder care and suffer from anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating, and restricting. Clients currently in counseling may also join group. Group includes: meal, meal processing, and group therapy. Group goal: To assist individuals in making positive changes and face their fears concerning eating disorders. Group therapy includes focus support around correlated topics: self-criticism, chronic indecision, and fear of making mistakes. Please join us! Call number for reservation.
