I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, and adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety disorders, working through grief and loss, encountering life transitions, adapting to college, and experiencing relationship difficulties. I tend to approach things from a holistic perspective-treating both the mind and body as a unified whole.
Nothing grounds me more than time with family and friends, a good book, and driving with my windows down during the summer. I love a good laugh and moments where life feels a little lighter. I pride myself on being my most authentic self and creating a space where you also feel as though you can be your most genuine, confident version of you.
