My approach is warm and caring, with sprinkles of "telling-it-how-it-is" honesty. Sessions will consist of a variety of therapeutic approaches which allow for a flexible and personal therapy experience. My service dog, Luna, can also be a part of in-person sessions to enhance comfort and decrease anxious and depressive symptoms.
I offer in-person, canine-assisted, and virtual sessions, providing you with the option of choosing what fits your needs.
