I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I hold a certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma. I utilize a client-centered approach to create a supportive, nonjudgmental, and individualized experience from the initial intake until discharge. I work with ages 10+. Offering virtual and in-person visits. My treatment philosophy is to provide individualized treatment and clinical services that will aid the individual and the family in accomplishing individualized treatment goals and developing a Life Worth Living.
Counseling is a collaborative effort between the counselor and client. Professional counselors help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional distress, seek to improve communication and coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and promote behavior change and optimal mental health.
