About
Are you an adult or adolescent experiencing challenges like unfulfilling relationships or a new life stage that have left you feeling frustrated or angry? Are you feeling depressed or confused because the life you’re living is so different than the life you dreamed? Are you crippled with the anxiety and self-doubt that can make getting through each day a struggle? If so, I am here for you. I’m a licensed professional counselor who is passionate about the power of effective therapy. This starts with understanding you. Your personal narrative is important. I’ll listen to what you say but also consider what you’re not saying and why.
This will help us build the strong therapeutic relationship we need. I promise to be genuine & authentic with you, while creating the safe space you need to explore painful feelings & experiences, without judgement. But therapy doesn’t have to be painful or boring to be successful & I use an integrative counseling approach, to help you live a happier life.
I know you’re tired. Life can be painful & we can feel broken; life can be chaotic & we can feel overwhelmed--but things don't have to feel like this for you. Change is always possible.
