About
It takes a great deal of strength to wake up each day and face life head on. I believe that there are times in our lives that present challenges to the person you are or want to be. Whether you are dealing with stress, worry, depression, or are not getting out of life what you want or deserve, talking to someone may be helpful. With over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I value the person you are and the person you want to be. I believe you have the ability and right to get out of life all that you want.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, identity issues, behavioral issues, relationships and family concerns. I value and provide a safe non-judgmental setting where you can be you. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and couples from all backgrounds and lifestyles.
It is a pleasure to help people discover themselves, their voices, and healthier ways of dealing with life's stressors. My office is safe, clean, professional, and offers plenty of parking right outside the suite.
