I am glad you are here! I have both a master's and doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), and have been practicing for 15 years. I focus on building collaborative relationships with individuals, couples, and families. We all possess the necessary strengths to change. My role as a therapist is to draw out existing strengths and resources to help clients reach their full potential. My personal values are authenticity, connection, reliability and open-mindedness.

In a nonjudgemental and affirming approach, I aim to help you heal your relationship with yourself and with others by processing your past experiences to learn how those experiences impact you in the present. I hope to support you get a clearer understanding of the different parts of yourself and empower you to find new ways to either change, accept, or manage the challenges in you're facing.

My goal as a psychologist is to provide a safe, welcoming, supportive, and honest environment for my clients, so we can collaboratively work through the challenges they are experiencing and begin the process of healing. My counseling approach is warm and genuine, and I value my client’s individuality and unique personal and cultural experiences.

The stressors of daily life can be difficult to manage on the best of days, but for those experiencing mental health issues, these stressors can feel insurmountable. Many people I have worked with are struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, identity issues, suicidal thoughts, etc. Many of them struggle with unhealthy coping skills, such as self-harm or other risky behaviors. They are seeking a safe outlet for self-expression, reflection, and creating healthy coping strategies.

At times we all face things that can feel challenging, insurmountable, or overwhelming. Hello! My name is Shana Trimble, a licensed marriage and family therapist, and an AAMFT-approved supervisor. I currently provide services that assist individuals 13years+, couples, families, and groups suffering from an array of mental and emotional concerns. I also provide supervision and AAMFT mentorship to both licensed and pre-licensed MFTs in need of AAMFT supervision services.

I also help couples navigate challenges in their intimate relationships. Working with sex means I work a lot with trauma, anxiety, grief, impulsivity, and depression.

David Silvers, Licensed Therapist – LMHC - State of Florida, and a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist). He earned his MS from Troy State University in Counseling and Human Development and has trained with Dr. Patrick Carnes through the International Institute of Addiction Professionals (IITAP). David specializes in the treatment of sex addiction and other co-occurring disorders including depression, anxiety, and trauma. He has been in the addiction treatment field since 2007 and understands the devastating effects of active addiction and that recovery and lasting change is possible.

Ms. Yulfo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She speaks English and Spanish. She received her BSW in Puerto Rico. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at Interamerican University in Puerto Rico. She is currently working towards receiving her PHD in Healthcare Administration. She has more than 8 years in clinical experience working with individuals, couples, teens and families. She works with a variety of mental health disorders including, but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Anger Management, Grief and substance use disorder.
