I have a lived experience as a mother and with pregnancy loss, so I get it. I've been there. I am passionate about supporting new parents with navigating struggles and new roles in pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I enjoy working with clients on emotional expression, coping strategies, and gaining insight using creative methods. I want you to flourish.
My professional identity is heavily rooted in my passion for mental health care and my love for art. To me, these things naturally fit together with art being an essential, creative form of expression that allows us to live full and meaningful lives.
