Whether you need help overcoming minor stress or major obstacles in your life, therapy can be a safe environment to explore new ways of navigating life. In a nonjudgemental and affirming approach, I hope to help you heal your relationship with yourself and with others. I aim to support you to get a clearer understanding of the different parts of yourself through processing your past experiences and learning how those experiences impact you in the present. My goal is to empower you to find new ways to either change, accept, or manage the challenges in you're facing.
As a dually trained Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Board-Certified Dance/movement therapist, I utilize an integrative mind/body and somatic approach. I am trained in EMDR. I specialize in family of origin issues, relationship stress, anxiety, body image, and complex trauma.
Sometimes taking the first step is the most difficult. I would love to help you decide what your next best step is. I am currently accepting new clients both in person or via telehealth.
