Hello! My name is Shana Trimble, a licensed marriage and family therapist, and an AAMFT-approved supervisor. I currently provide services that assist individuals 13years+, couples, families, and groups suffering from an array of mental and emotional concerns. I also provide supervision and AAMFT mentorship to both licensed and pre-licensed MFTs in need of AAMFT supervision services.
I work from a systemic and integrative approach that is inclusive of Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional-Focused, and Collaborative Family Therapy. I am also big on Psychoeducation. My main focus is helping people better their relationships with themselves, others, and things that can often become challenges.
