For most of my clients depression or anxiety is impacting life in a negative way. Sometimes grief causes this disruption; sometimes a history of early life trauma continues to undermine a sense of well-being; sometimes low self-esteem or feelings of being alone are intensifying. One may be struggling and hasn't yet found a way to make sense of why--"something just feels wrong inside of me but others cannot see or understand it."
