Are you or your child/teen or marriage feeling strained or overwhelmed? I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral and relationship issues, including family blending and coparenting. It is possible to achieve symptom relief, behavior change and to promote passion, meaning, and successful relationships. Areas I focus on include children/teens, trauma, special needs or illness, parenting, and divorce (supporting parents and/or children). I am passionate to help clients witness and live their preferred selves and relationships.
I am committed to partnering with each client to provide the most effective interventions for their lives. My training includes CBT, EFT, DBT, Daring Way(tm), family systems, Brainspotting, hypnosis, mediation, co-parenting, parenting, play therapies. I also provide Collaborative Divorce services in the roles of Divorce Coach and Child Specialist.
