About
I believe that we all have the ability to grow and change and sometimes we need help in order to do so. The therapeutic relationship can be a place for connection, healing, insight and acceptance.
I have over 25 years of training and experience in treating female and male survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence and childhood abuse. I also specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and LGBTQ issues. I am trained in EMDR and utilize it when appropriate.
