I often use solution-focused and narrative approaches that include skill building through cognitive-behavioral techniques. I provide a variety of modalities to address clients' needs which includes art therapy groups for teens and adults as means of support and expression.

My psychotherapeutic work is with adolescents, children and adults; anxiety, depression and trauma; self defeating behaviors and problems that affect your or loved one's personal, school, work and family life.

I graduated in 2016 from University of Phoenix with a Masters of Science in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and young adults.
