Very experienced clinical psychologist -- recently retired from his practice of 35 years in Nashua -- now has a focused practice in Exeter, NH. He sees a small number of individuals and couples. Individual adults facing life stage transitions and changes, adjustments and challenges in life, whether health, career, family, extended families, or friendships is a major focus. Co-author of "If This Is Love, Why Do I Feel So Insecure?" Dr. Hindy also works with couples seeking to improve communications, commitment, boundaries, trust, impulse control, affection, intimacy, and other facets of satisfaction in marriage and relationships.

I am a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University working toward licensure under the supervision of our director Steven Durost. I have experience in both community mental health as well as in private practice through my internship experience here at C.R.E.A.T.E! I have worked with a diverse group of clients of all age groups. In my free time, I enjoy theater, music, video games, and reading, and I love anything to do with animals. My goal as a therapist is to be open and accessible to anyone who feels like they would benefit from counseling, and I strive to do so in a way that is unique to each of my clients.

Hi, I'm Kristine. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor specializing in working with the young adults and adolescents. I have 8 years counseling experience and have worked as a residential counselor prior to being a therapist. My style of therapy includes practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma informed practices. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Young adulthood can bring anxiety and other mental health issues, and people can struggle to find treatment to fit their specific needs. I also focus on core difficulties that interfere with school or work, including interpersonal conflict, anxiety, and uncertainty about professional choices.

Charles Schindler is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. He graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child and Family Relationships. He earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work with a focus on Trauma Recovery from Boston University. Charles has worked in the field of mental health since 2008, first treating teens and then focusing on treating adults with varying mental health diagnoses. Charles worked at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester for 7 years as a Psychotherapist.

I help clients address anxiety and depression, but primarily examine how those symptoms developed, why they persist, and how to create lasting changes. We pay attention to thoughts and emotions, but also to somatic symptoms, learning from our bodies. Targeting both helps change how we think, feel, and experience ourselves and others. I have been practicing therapy for over 10 years, working with diverse clients who struggle with significant trauma histories, challenging relationships, and disordered eating patterns. All of this work is in the context of an affirming, respectful, and connected therapeutic relationship.
