Hi, I'm Kristine. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor specializing in working with trauma in adults, young adults and adolescences. I have 9 years counseling experience and have worked as a residential counselor prior to being a therapist. My style of therapy includes practices like CBT, DBT, ACT and trauma informed practices like EMDR, somatic work and IFS. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Navigating trauma can be difficult. but you do not have to do it alone. Currently have a waitlist.
I provide both in person and Telehealth counseling services working with teens and adults ages 16-40. I specialize in working with adults with C-PTSD, PTSD and family of origin trauma. I offer EMDR sessions and more traditional talk therapies.
