Hi, I'm Kristine. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor specializing in working with the young adults and adolescents. I have 8 years counseling experience and have worked as a residential counselor prior to being a therapist. My style of therapy includes practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma informed practices. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Young adulthood can bring anxiety and other mental health issues, and people can struggle to find treatment to fit their specific needs. Currently accepting new clients.
I provide both in person and Telehealth counseling services, specializing in working with teens and young adults ages 16-40. I also provide ADHD assessment and testing when appropriate. Should you feel the fit is appropriate but outside of the age range, please reach out to discuss further!
