Our background includes providing support and counseling services to a variety of clients of diverse personalities, cultures, ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds. We believe our work with incarcerated individuals, DCF-involved youth, adults, children and families struggling with persistent mental health issues has made us a versatile clinicians.

Once we identify the changes you would like to make and the skills you would like to strengthen we use an evidence based approach. Sessions are person centered and focused on what you need at that point in time.
