Providing mental health services isn’t just a job for me, it’s a life purpose and my passion. I work well with adults who exhibit symptoms of depression, relationship issues, chronic childhood trauma, acute trauma, and those who want to process feelings of emptiness and loss and with people who are seeking the next step and chapter in their lives.
I am a trauma specialist using somatic processing, EMDR (as of July 2024) and traditional therapies such as CBT and DBT to help with chronic and acute traumas which impact you today.
