Pete has more than 15 years of experience as a teacher and counselor. Pete approaches his work from a systems perspective and his areas of interest include working with adolescents, individuals and families struggling with addiction, and couples. He also works with individuals of all ages to help them explore their beliefs and how those beliefs affect their present selves. Regardless of the root of symptoms, exploring how we think about ourselves and the world around us and working to replace the behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve us often help us get unstuck and move forward to achieving our goals.

For years and even decades we have formed our own ways of dealing with things with the tools we had available. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to help individuals, couples and families learn strategies for managing life stressors in order to increase their quality of life. I provide individual, couples, and family sessions for the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, relational issues, and substance use disorders. All families, couples, and individuals are welcome. I specialize in working with family systems to better understand the context of a problem. I typically work with teenagers struggling with depression and anxiety, couples experiencing marital stress, and individuals and families with a history of trauma or mental illness. My goal is to support the overall wellbeing of an individual and the health of their relationships with the intent to improve functioning and quality of life.

Kelly Baldwin is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health and substance use fields. She is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate challenges and live balanced lives. Kelly specializes in working with Veterans in different phases of deployment, individuals in addiction as well as trauma, grief, and life transitions.

At times life presents challenges that can feel overwhelming, confusing and leave us questioning how to overcome them. However, we believe that teaching clients skills to develop greater self-awareness and self-acceptance can provide them the opportunities to manage and survive crisis situations, regulate their emotions, improve their communication in relationships and ultimately take control of their recovery.

My practice focus, is working with individuals recovering from substance use disorder, codependency and adult children of alcoholics. I work with adults doing individual therapy via tele-health. Substance use disorder affects everyone in the family, not just the person using substances. I help clients understand their thoughts, behavior and actions that keep them stuck. Often times, individuals are unaware of what drives their behaviors. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, in order to live healthier more fulfilling lives. I use evidence based treatment approaches, to help clients reach their treatment goals.

Work as an approved (SAP), Substance Abuse Professional with the (DOT) Department of Transportation offering assessments and providing recommendations to employers for drivers found in violation due to substance use. Provide evaluation, follow up and reporting for the return-to-duty process.

Over the years, Dr. Jeff has organized lectures and various events in the community, including excursions and retreats for couples to improve their communication and better understand each other. He has experience working with athletes in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. In addition, Dr. Jeff has also worked with clients in the Movie, Music, and Entertainment Industries.
