My goal as a counselor is to build a relationship with my clients that is based on respect and trust as well as to provide a safe, non-judgmental place for you to process through any of life’s difficulties and challenges. I use evidence-based techniques to help you reach your goals and determine any steps that need to be taken for you to be the best version of yourself that you can be.

My services include working with individual, couples, family counseling with adults, and adolescents. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. My training is in the areas of anxiety and depressive disorders, relationship issues, trauma issues, women’s issues (infertility and postpartum), and developmental transitions. I use a therapeutic approach that reflects eclectic influences derived from my training in cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, person-centered, and family systems. I view problems as generally being developmental in nature, and approach each person, couple, or family in a unique fashion.

As a family systems therapist, I view clients from the perspective of their holistic environment. Together we will look at where you are coming from, and where you want to go. I work with clients between 13-80 experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, relationship issues, marital conflict, family conflict, major life adjustments, adolescent issues, parenting issues, men’s issues, and more. I also work with couples and families to improve communication, process trauma, and enhance relationships. There is a soft spot in my heart for teens, young families, couples, men, and those who grieve.

I am a Psychologist/Neuropsychologist who specializes in trauma and gender identity (WPATH member). I practice in a group setting with another clinician. We offer individual individualized psychotherapy, designed to meet your needs using different best practice models of therapy. We provide evaluations for HRT and gender affirming surgeries (usually within 3 sessions). My practice specialties in working with children and adults; Gender, Relational Dynamics, Complex Trauma, & Rare Neuropsychological Disorders I help people across the world to find ways to work together and will help you to move forward in your journey.

My name is Jessica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I focus primarily on women’s health and am trained in trauma and perinatal mental health. I am also experienced working with domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and other issues within relationships. Lastly, I work with women struggling with stress management, life transitions, and general anxiety. I operate from a trauma informed, strengths-based perspective utilizing several theoretical approaches.

My journey as a counselor began during my experience with war deployments, which inspired my search to find ways to help others who are hurting. After completing my Master's degrees in Couples and Family Counseling, I have worked extensively with the court system, with families in need, and with individuals of all ages. My other passion in life is speaking and learning more Spanish. I offer therapy sessions to adults, children, families, and couples. I am a certified hypnotherapist.
