For 25 years, I have been passionate about helping people build healthier, more fulfilling relationships—with others and with themselves. Clients often come to me seeking relief from relational disconnection, intimacy and sexuality concerns, infidelity, childhood trauma, financial anxiety or money conflict within relationships, life/career transitions.
Whether you are coming as an individual or as part of a couple, my goal is for you to leave our first session feeling deeply seen, understood, and hopeful that meaningful change is possible. Together, we will create a thoughtful, personalized plan to help you move forward.
Counseling for adult individuals and couples. I provide LGBTQ+-affirming, sex-positive care, including support for kink and polyamorous relationships. A certified sex therapist and certified financial therapist, I offer specialized expertise in two often complex dimensions of human behavior.
As a university faculty member, I maintain a limited private practice because I highly value direct work with clients. Clients teach and inspire me with their quest for growth, and students keep me on the edge of new developments. Please note that my practice does not directly accept insurance; receipts are given for out-of-network filing by clients.
