Not accepting new clients...I am passionate about healthy relationships and sexual intimacy. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with individuals and couples improving their connections with themselves and others. Clients often come to me desiring relief from relational disconnection, sexuality concerns, anxiety, infidelity, impact of childhood trauma, and career indecision. It is my goal that you leave our first session feeling truly seen and heard and feeling a renewed sense of hope that healing is possible. Together we will create a plan to help you achieve the level of wellness you desire.
I offer counseling for individuals (18+) and couples at any stage of their relationship. I am an LGBTQ-affirming, sex-positive therapist (including kink, polyam) and, when desired, work within the spiritual belief system that is comfortable for my clients. With a background in the military world, I am honored to serve veterans/family members.
As a university faculty member, I maintain a limited private practice because I highly value direct work with clients. Clients teach me and inspire me with their quest for growth, and I'm honored to be part of their team. Please note that my practice does not directly accept insurance; receipts are given for out-of-network filing by clients.
