I have a deep respect for the incredible strength and resilience of the human spirit, and one of my greatest joys is witnessing others come home to themselves through the support of the therapeutic relationship. I understand that life transitions can be difficult and overwhelming, and as a therapist I come along side you to support you in navigating transitions, coping with stressors, and coming home to your truest self.
My job is not to have all the answers, but instead to help clients find the answers within themselves. Therapy provides a space where nothing is off limits, and we can look together at where you might like to make some shifts, better understand yourself, and have a weekly space dedicated to you and your unique journey.
Everyone is different, so I don't hold to a one-size-fits-all mentality, but instead work together with my clients to see what works best for them. When we work together, we will come up with empowering wellness tools to help us move through the things that keep us from being our fullest selves in the world.
